Attracting the right talent is critical to the success of any dynamic company, especially in the ever-changing technology sector. When Open Box Software asked us to assist in their drive to recruit bright IT professionals, we knew we had to come up with something a little different to stand out – especially on a bustling platform like LinkedIn.
Conceptualisation & Graphic Design
Our solution was to highlight an undesirable aspect of a "typical IT job" by means of a fictional song (playing on an iPod), then emphasise why it's better to work at Open Box. The success of these designs relied on combining striking visuals with clever copy. The censored "expletives" worked to draw attention and add humour to the ads, while tying in with the supposed explicit content of the music.
