When Open Box Software launched Robotic Process Automation as a new service to the Real Estate industry, the main challenge we faced was fear of the unknown. Among our target audience many were apprehensive about the new technology and others were completely unfamiliar with the concept. Our solution was to literally give RPA a friendly face. The launch campaign earned Open Box Software a coveted REMAS award.

To kick off the launch campaign, we designed an impressive CV with a bold cover sheet, introducing a mysterious new player to the Real Estate world. The printed document was sent to selected industry leaders, generating intrigue around Rob's outrageous skillset and super-human abilities.
After creating sufficient hype and mystery, Rob Sparke was finally revealed to be a cute, helpful robot – the face of Open Box Software's automation services. Central to the launch campaign, was an animated video. We worked closely with the animators by providing art direction and brand guidance. We even got to design one of the scenes – where knowledge is transferred to Rob. The challenge here was to convey a large amount of information to the viewer in a very short space of time. See our solution in the clip above.
